BioA suppressed possibility that does not distinguish between good and evil. Boogiepop appears to be a cross between a superhero and a clown, but is actually the alter ego of the unsuspecting teenage girl Touka Miyashita. Boogiepop exists to find and destroy the enemies of and the distortions in the world. He also crosses paths with the Towa Organisation, who aim to control evolved humans and create composite humans for their own purposes.
